Mr. Mohamed Ismail bin Omar served as Assistant Manager for Nem Sdn. Bhd. since 2004 till 2015 as part-time while working with Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) Aviation. Since Jan 2016, he devoted his time fully as the Director and owner of NEM Sdn. Bhd.
In 2012 Mr. Ismail was appointed as the first local to be the Chief Aircraft Engineer back then in BSP Aviation, with the responsibility to managed 118 diversified staff, maintaining BSP’s helicopters, HSE along with all the assets belonging to the department, under his belt. He also used to work (seconded) with Bristow Helicopter in the UK in 1996 and again in 2009. He was with BSP Aviation since 1982 to 2015 (34 years).
Mr. Ismail posses an Aircraft Licensed Engineer Type – Rating and Diploma in Global Export Controls. On top of which he is also a certified Lead Auditor during his working days. He is well-versed in managing HSE in construction along with competent in Safety Management System.
Ms. Naemah Bte Mahran has been serving NEM Sdn Bhd since 2015 as Human Resource Administrator cum. Finance Controller.
She was working in BSP since 1982 until 2005 (24 years) as several positions, from Dental Chairside Assistant, Senior Admin and Account Assistant.
With her Admin & Management background, Ms Naemah also posses a Diploma in Life Coaching. She is also active in society and fitness industry and runs her own fitness studio – NEM Fitness. She is also one of the Ambassador of Health appointed by the Ministry of Health working closely with the Health Promotional Center Brunei.
